To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account (either as a Creator or a Brand). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the security of your password and credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Creators apply to brand campaigns hosted on the platform. By applying and submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of the content. Instacreator does not claim ownership of content you submit, but you grant the platform and participating brands a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display the content in connection with the campaign guidelines.
Brands are responsible for setting clear campaign guidelines, reviewing submissions in a timely manner, and ensuring payments are securely processed. All transactions and subscription payments are subject to our billing policies. In case of disputes, Instacreator reserves the right to review campaign submissions and transaction records to facilitate a resolution.
You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates local laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, promotes hate speech, or compromises the security of the Service. Instacreator reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that engage in fraudulent behavior or violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instacreator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service or interactions between Creators and Brands.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on the site or via email. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
